At Prospect Hill Orchards, farming runs in our blood. The Clarke family has been growing fruit on this land since 1817—over 200 years of sunrises, seasons, and sweet harvests in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

Today, we carry on that tradition with pick-your-own experiences that invite families, friends, and food lovers to share in the simple joy of gathering fruit straight from the tree. Cherries, peaches, apples, plums—whatever the season, it’s a chance to slow down, connect, and make memories that stick.

Our Hilltop Farm is now welcoming corporate events and group gatherings, with space to breathe and views to remember. And soon, our tasting room will open its doors—offering new ways to enjoy what our farm has to offer.

Until then, find us at the NYC Greenmarkets every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with farm-fresh fruit and homemade baked goods straight from our family kitchen to your hands.

It's not just about picking cherries, peaches, apples and so much more; it's about creating memories that last a lifetime in our picturesque fruit and apple orchards in the Hudson Valley.

We're excited to share that the Hilltop Farm is growing and we can now support corporate events and gatherings.  We also hope to have our tasting room open soon, creating even more ways to enjoy the farm experience.

And for those in the city, we'd love to see you at the NYC Greenmarkets on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for fresh fruit from our orchards and baked goods from our kitchen.
